The Rainbird, 25x30cm. This is one of three of my linocuts on show Open 25 at the New Walk Museum and Art Gallery in Leicester. These are part of my series inspired by the Book of Imaginary Beings by Jorge Luis Borges. The exhibition includes interesting work by artists from the East Midlands, is free and runs until the 27th April. The New Walk Gallery has a beautiful collection of Picasso ceramics.

My "Topless Celebrities" book will be at the London Art Book Fair this weekend at the Kaleid Editions stand. The event is free and well worth visiting.

I have just returned from doing a two week residency in Italy at a wonderful studio run by Umberto Giovannini, http://www.opificiodellarosa.org/, where I worked on a series of linocuts inspired by The Book of Imaginary Beings by Jorge Luis Borges. Each image is 30x25cm.

I will be at the Bristol Artists' Book Event at the Arnolfini Gallery this weekend, Saturday 11-6 and Sunday 10-5.  Nick Morley and I will be selling a collaborative book of 14 etchings "Celestial Emporium of Benevolent Knowledge's Taxonomy" inspired by the essay by Jorge Luis Borges, "The Analytical Language of John Wilkins. We made 14 etchings in a day and a half in Nick's freezing studio in Margate
